Student Expectations

Be on time to class.

Bring all materials to class.

Listen and stay in your seat when teacher is talking.

Complete all assignments to the best of your ability.

Treat everyone and their property with respect.

Absence Policy:  You are expected to make up any work missed because of any absence.  You are not entitled to earn credit for work missed during unauthorized absences.  You will have the number of days absent plus one additional day to make up any missed work for authorized absences.

 

Tardy Policy: 1st tardy - warning, 2nd tardy - call home, 3rd tardy - detention .

 

Late Work Policy:   Class work not completed becomes homework. Long term assignments such as reports, investigations, experiments, projects will be given adequate time to complete. Work not handed in when due will decrease in value by 10% for each school day it is late. Core is following a ZAP(zeroes aren't permitted) philosophy. Students must complete their work to be successful.
