An International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme School
Our 2012-2013 MYP Application is now available on our IB page on this website.
Dear Parents, Guardians, Students, Teachers and Support Staff, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the tremendous privilege that you have allowed me in working with you for the last seven years as an administrator at Century Middle School. It has been a joy for me to walk into this building every day and be allowed the opportunity to watch the educational, social and physical growth of our students. It is remarkable to have witnessed an incoming sixth grader turn into that eighth grade adolescent that is ready to tackle the challenges of his or her high school career and beyond. I have enjoyed the opportunity to work with a staff that is dedicated to this group of students and values every day that they are working with them. Without a doubt, it has been a wonderful journey for me to have been a part of. At the conclusion of this school year, I will be taking the next step in my personal journey that will involve my retirement from the Adams 12 school district. I will truly miss all of you for bringing laughter into this building that brightened my every day, the hand waves accompanied by a smile that would greet me from every hallway, and the sense of pride that will forever be with me as having been a member of this faculty. I wish you all the best and brightest futures possible. Sincerely, Larry A.
